The staff were extremely accommodating and quick to resolve issues, ensuring a pleasant experience during my stay. The breakfast was satisfying with a good variety to choose from.

While the amenities were decent, the pool area could definitely benefit from some shade as it felt quite exposed to the sun.

Nice pool, good restaurant with room service.

The free airport transfer was a fantastic perk, and the late-night karaoke with live music provided a lively atmosphere that made our evening enjoyable.

Udon Thani vibes 🌴

Lekker free airport shuttle, clean and spacious room, and the brekkie was solid, nice variety! Chommies at the front desk sorted out an issue with the extra bed, sharp-sharp!

The WiFi was a bit slow, but I managed.

The Deluxe Twin Room offered a clean, comfortable space, although the absence of a kettle was a downside. Breakfast at the small restaurant next door was fresh, but navigating the menu in Thai was challenging. A notable inconvenience was the fifth-floor location without an elevator, making it tough with heavy luggage. the shower curtain was old and stained, detracting from the overall impression of the bathroom.

The hotel is easy to find, right near the bus terminal. and the staff were super accommodating, addressing our needs quickly. Breakfast had a solid variety! Plus, the room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family....  

The hotel arranged our sightseeing trips perfectly! We also enjoyed the clean pool to cool off after exploring the night markets and nearby restaurants. The breakfast offered a good selection, keeping everyone in the family...  

Charoen Hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk to a large market and Central shopping centre. The swimming pool is clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. I loved the friendly staff who made my stay enjoyable, and...  

Absolutely loved my stay! ! So clean and welcoming, such a friendly and professional staff.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, offering late checkout without hesitation and providing helpful travel information. the mattress was uncomfortably hard, and the lack of an in-room kettle was a disappointment. Breakfast options were limited, especially for non-pork eaters, and the nearby gym was quite basic and aged. Despite these drawbacks, the cleanliness of the room and the availability of budget-friendly mini-bar prices were appreciated.

Had an awesome time with friends! The staff were super helpful in arranging trips to UD Golf Driving Range and Sri Thani Golf Forest, which were incredible. Rooms were comfy and newly updated, and the location...  

Great rooms and breakfast experience

I stayed in a spacious room that was recently refurbished, and I found the bathroom quite nice. Breakfast was served to order and included a delicious selection of tea, coffee, eggs, and fresh fruits. The hotel is also conveniently located just a short walk from Central Plaza. the swimming pool could use some shade as it is fully exposed to the sun.
